Sometimes called Flintstone Steak, Wingrib cooked on the bone has a flavour all of it’s own. This is the ribeye cut with rib attached. Sear on the skillet or barbecue then roast to finish and serve as hearty steaks, bone in tact! Bound to impress and plenty for everyone.
