Also known as streaky bacon this is the favourite everyone's breakfast table. All our bacon varieties are dry cured and smoked in a traditional air smoker without pasteurization, using a mixture of Manuka, Kanuka and Macrocarpa wood. Since we are currently using our Paleo/Keto recipe for this bacon it won't get any better than this.
