How it all Works

	Accepting your order Once we have received your order we make sure everything is in stock. Should there be any problems we will get in touch with you via phone and discuss the most convenient way forward with you.
Cutting your Meats When everything is there we start cutting your meats from our primal cuts, making sure your meats arrive fresh or properly aged, depending on the item.
	Packaging We package all your items in individual sheets of paper. This makes sure that the likes of chicken won't mix with your ready to eat small goods. Besides being the most sustainable meat packaging, paper wrapping assures your meats can continue to "breath" allowing them to exchange oxygen with the surrounding athmosphere and drawing any excess moisture away from the freshly cut surfaces.
Composing your parcel Depending on where you're having your pacel delivered to and the delivery method we now select the most apropriate form of outer packaging. This is another paper wrap for your pick-up order, or order that is delivered by one of our friendly staff. It willd be a chilltainer and chilly pack for local shiping or a styrofoam box for any delivery over night.
